When I say real texture I mean that you as a smart consumer can easily see that our jerky was made from a real piece of meat that came from a real cow that actually went moo. Much of this is due to the different dehydrating process we use and the way we cut the meat. You see meat can actually be compared to a wooden board. It is easiest to break the wooden board with the grain rather than against it. We cut along the “grain” of the meat to make it easier to pull it giving you a more natural textured piece of meat to enjoy.

How many of those other jerky companies out there do you know of that have their own catchy theme song for their jerky? The title of our theme song shall be named The Primal Cut – Cut.
